Booking Process: When you book tickets through our platform, you enter into a contract with the event organizer. Social Gathering acts as a ticketing agent and is not responsible for the event itself.

Payment: All ticket purchases are final unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Pricing: Ticket prices are set by event organizers and may include service fees. All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are subject to change without notice until purchase is completed.

Confirmation: You will receive a booking confirmation via email. Please ensure your email address is correct and check your spam folder.

Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees may be non-refundable as per our refund policy.

Refund Requests: Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the event organizer. Refunds are processed according to the organizer's refund policy.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend an event, you are not entitled to a refund unless otherwise stated by the event organizer.

Processing Time: Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated systems to access the platform without permission
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws or event terms
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and legal action.

Platform Content: All content on the Easy Ticket platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ITFuturz or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without our prior written consent.

Platform Availability: We strive to ensure the platform is available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Event Responsibility: Social Gathering is not responsible for the quality, safety, or content of events. Event organizers are solely responsible for their events, including venue, performers, and event execution.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Social Gathering and ITFuturz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City], India.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action lawsuit.
