Service Fees: Service fees and processing charges are typically non-refundable, even if the ticket price is refunded.
Full Refund: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.
Automatic Processing: Refunds for cancelled events are typically processed automatically within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
Notification: You will be notified via email about the cancellation and refund process. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.
Service Fees: In case of event cancellation, service fees may or may not be refunded depending on the organizer's policy.
Ticket Validity: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will typically remain valid for the new date.
Refund Option: If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified by the organizer (usually 7-30 days after the new date is announced).
No Action Required: If you can attend the rescheduled event, no action is needed - your tickets will automatically be valid for the new date.
Cancellation Window: Some events may allow cancellations within a specified time frame (e.g., 24-48 hours before the event). Check the event details for specific cancellation policies.
Refund Eligibility: Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations are subject to the event organizer's policy and may incur cancellation fees.
Processing Time: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend an event without prior cancellation, you are not entitled to a refund.

Required Information: Please provide your booking ID, full name, email address, and reason for the refund request.

Cancellation Fees: Partial refunds may be subject to cancellation fees or administrative charges as specified by the event organizer.
Multiple Tickets: If you purchased multiple tickets and only need to cancel some, partial refunds may be available for the cancelled tickets only.
Chargeback Policy: If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, we will investigate the matter. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
