Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using IT Futurz's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on IT Futurz's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Service Description

IT Futurz provides IT solutions including but not limited to:

• Custom Software Development

• Digital Marketing Services
• IT Consulting

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Projects require a 50% advance payment before commencement
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, UPI, and digital wallets
• Late payments may incur additional charges

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and materials provided by IT Futurz remain the property of IT Futurz unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, clients will receive appropriate rights to use the delivered work as specified in the project agreement.

Confidentiality

IT Futurz agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all client information and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall IT Futurz or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on IT Futurz's website, even if IT Futurz or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Warranty Disclaimer

The materials on IT Futurz's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. IT Futurz makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and external dependencies. IT Futurz will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize impact on project delivery.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. In case of termination, payment for completed work will be due immediately. Any work in progress will be delivered upon receipt of payment.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Changes to Terms

IT Futurz reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
